    Good to see that they're using the banks money wisely by creating such a high profile position.... maybe they ought to consider fighting for the consumer more than the banks - then they'd truly be a semi-decent service provider....
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
