From their letter they state they are just agents on behalf of cap one, so no asign in absolute, but ill send it anyway cos it will give a few weeks breathing space whatever happens lol with a bit of luck they will stick account on hold for 28 days as well.

Was gonna blag this one, however i havent sent missing prescribed terms yet, shall i send it now or just ignore and see what they do next?

Will send off a CCA Request tomorrow (already been to post office grrr) I think this one is old enough (80's) to have been approved by a bank manager and not an application form (fingers crossed) We knew her personally, so will be interesting to see what comes back

sent letter to Fredricksons account sold whilst in dispute re Captial One.

And today received a letter from them, saying that if i wish to make a CCA request i must request it directly with capital one and enclose a £1 fee.

They said the account has been placed on hold for 14 days and collection "may" continue after this date.

So what should i do? i received a CCA from capital one, niddy confirms UE, do i just ignore or do i send missing prescribed terms to Capital One now?

In the past I have just sent them a one liner saying Thank you for your letter request was made ................get the drift ? leave it a week

haha yeah i do thanks, it does appear as though they didnt bother checking with cap one or they would have said the request was made and complied with blah blah.

So i think ill leave it a week and do as u suggest, that will prob give it another few weeks before the battle of UE Vs E starts

Hey guys just a couple of updates

Got a letter from Link, re my CCA request for Barclaycard, just stating that they dont hold agreement, have asked OC and it could take 30 days. (looks like i may get 2 weeks of UE whatever happens lol)

Also another two updates to my diary.

Now, mint have been accepting £1 per month for the last 2 years, no renewal letters, no bugging phone calls, just accepting payment, so i think its fair to say that these guys get a CCA request now. If they havent got anything, why bother to keep paying.

Update Time guys

Im really happy today, because i read a letter received from Barclaycard.

They sent the current T's and C's, but can not find a copy of the agreement! they have said in their letter, that as there is a high chance of non payment, they have closed the account and confirm the debt is Will file that letter away under lock and key.

Moorcroft re lloyds have replied saying they believe the CCA was sent, normal procedures continue, if it wasnt, contact them. Received it begining of may, niddy confirmed UE, so will send moorcroft missing prescribed terms monday.

M & S have replied saying that the agreement they sent complies with section 78 and dispute all allegations that its unenforceable. This one was being blagged, so i think i will ignore for now and see what they do next.

Natwest black have replied to my CCA request, asking for a signature, so i will be sending the refusal to accept CCA without signature letter monday.

All together, thats over £38,000 confirmed unenforcable by the creditors, or have failed to comply with CCA Request.

Thank you Niddy and everyone else that has helped my mother on her UE Journey, my mother has been able to get a new sofa, for the first time in 20 years thanks to you guys. She no longer worrys about her debt. I personally cant thank you all enough and will be forever greatful.
