Have they provided a screen print of where they reconstituted the agreement from ? I ask because they cannot magic an agreement out of thin air it has to be a copy of the original as far as possible.

Whilst they have provided varied terms and conditions these are not the historical ones you signed too.

Boss, There are 2 booklets... One with YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL with my name and old address on. 1st page says applicable to customers who applied from 1 Oct 2001 CCA

And the other says CCA reg CCA 1974 with my new (6 years) address on then starts In condition 10, etc

Should I send you a copy of the letter, front page of both?

It hasn't got anything signed. Its all just a load of information about what things mean like: Account means the account we open in your name, etc

It says the agreement is between Egg and me & my address...

While Niddy is looking through my strange CCA. Do you remember in my diary that I had sent a CCA to Wescot who claim to have my Halifax account and threaten me all the time?

I sent the CCA and they sent the PO and letter back saying they are not the creditors for this account even though they have a new a/c no, etc for me and they are the ones saying I have to contact them and not the Halifax. The Halifax do not reply to any correspodence from me.

Niddy told me to send another letter to them with one of the template letters about a DCA having the responsibility to provide a CCA.

Wescot have again sent my PO £1 and a letter saying exactly the same again!

What do I do with that one?

Ignore them for now, they're in default of your request. The CCA is clear regards to whom is the owner and Wescot meet that criteria!
