My NW account due to 4 sets of terms, Regal Credit have sent a further 2 letters basically saying that I have ignored them. This is despite me sending them the SWID template which they haven't referred to at all I'm tempted to send the doorstep template as that's what they are suggesting is the next step but will they read it?

tell them they are to late to visit your doorstep, as it passed away last year and you have been to upset to replace it. then see what they send!

          So true mate.
When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

I would just send a one liner referring them back to your SWID letter. Enclose a doorstep letter.

In response to my SWID to Viking I have received a letter from Santander thanking me for my S78 request, which I didn't send! I think I'll just wait on this one

I have two accounts that I have relatively recently stopped paying, Halifax and Santander. I have only received statements up until now for my Halifax account but I have today received a letter from Akinika Debt Recovery saying that they've been instructed to recover the outstanding balance. I think I'll send them the SWID template

Thanks for that, I thought as much but think it's always better to check

I was wondering whether to CCA the two relatively recent cards in question. I am not sure of the exact dates of inception but thought it might just cause enough delay/doubt to be worth the fiver to send the pair

                        are you paying them Billy?

are they defaulted and on an arrangement or are they not defaulted/

No, not paying. Not defaulted either, yet. These are two cards I tried to keep going but they racked up the interest rates. I asked them to freeze the interest, they refused. I, therefore, took the only action I could. I only wish I'd done it a lot sooner

in that case, I'd get the CCAs away, not so easy post 2007 but banks ain't perfect, so it's definitely worth a shot

Santander sent me my CCA even though I never requested nor paid for one. That one is definitely post 2007 but the Halifax one I think *may* be pre 2007 Do you think it's worth CCA'ing both or just Halifax?
