    HSBC GM Card (UE)
    Balance 11,754
    Last paid May 2010
    Defaulted Saeptember 2010
Passed around a couple of DCA's, been sitting with Credit Security since October 2011.

    29th November 2011 -
Letter received from Credit Security Ltd. Asking me to send a payment of £1.00 and they will endeavor to provide me with a copy of my CCA to resolve the dispute.

I sent HSBC the £1.00 fee with my original CCA request which was cashed by them. All I have ever received from HSBC in response to my CCA request is a blank application form with someone elses name & address hand written on in biro ! and a copy of their current statement showing that persons balance, credit limit card number ect. – very unprofessional of someone at HSBC , I now have it stored safely in case I need it at some stage in the future, may not help my debt issue, but I'm sure it will get HSBC a rap on the legs from the Financial Services Authority.

You could write to these clowns and attach a copy of the proof of payment and cashment, or just ignore them. Upto you mate....

Passed around various DCA's currently with Wescot

    29th November 2010 -
Letter from Wescot once again stating that RBS have fully complied with my S78 request, and therefore there is no dispute, so I must contact them to arrange a suitable repayment plan.
This was followed up on the 14th December by a letter from Nelson Guest & Partners (Wescots pet solicitors)
advising me to contact Wescot to discuss a repayment plan as there is “still time” to act to avoid further action taking place.
Send this (wait till tomorrow for link to work) to Nelson Guest and also a copy to Wescot ---> Threat by Creditor - To Commence Litigation

Passed around a few DCA's before being sold to Cabot July 2011

Bit of a result on this account

22 December 2011 - Letter from Cabot to notify me they have closed my account and passed it back to BOS, Cabot must have bought it on a "Sale or Return" basis and decided to return it for a refund !
I have never received any CCA from Marbles (BOS) since making my CCA request in May 2010, and do in fact have a letter from BOS saying they cannot supply my CCA therefore no legal action would be taken.

The letter was going to be my ace card if Cabot got heavy, now it looks like I don't need to play it just yet, will just wait and see who takes the account on next.

Just wait and see what happens here

Passed around a few different DCA's before being sold to Cabot in May 2011 various standard demands for payment from them since they bought the account.

14th December 2011 - Another Letter from Cabot still insisting the documents previously supplied fully meet the requirements of my s78 request, but in addtion they have requested a copy of my signed CCA
from Opus, and will forward it to me upon reciept. (I wish them luck in receiving it, because all I have ever received from Citi and Opus is a copy of a standard set of T&C.)

    Just ignore mate
