Well it didn't take Marlin long to come a knocking !
Received a letter from them confirming they have bought all rights to the account from Lloyd's, and have given me 5 days to contact them to an affordable repayment plan of the outstanding amount.

will have to consider a suitable response, new CCA request? or Account sold while in dispute?

if its UE and has been for more than and they still can't enforce it, doubt that Marlin can do anything - there Xmas piss pot must be empty this year and looking for funds to celebrate there sicking Xmas.............(i have for since UE, came alight, i have never given a shit for any agressive tactics as it gets them no where).

Here to you and team to having a Good Xmas and let Marlin wallow in there own piss (facetious)

Well never did hear anything more from Capquest, and now it is clear why, it appears they didn't take it on, as today I have received a letter from Lloyds informing me that they have sold all rights title and interest in the account to MARLIN EUROPE II LTD...

Not liking this as Marlin have a reputation for being particular aggressive. So just have to wait and see what they have to say when they write to me, which I imagine won't be long in happening...

Same here, letter from Marlin Europe 11Limited yesterday.
Advised them that LTSB have stated in writing, that they are unable to locate a copy of my agreement.

    Hi alland,

I've just updated my diary as Lloyds have sold my loan account to Marlin too, fingers crossed for both of us, would much rather it had been sold to someone we have dealt with before rather than these nasty lowlifes.

Having heard nothing for months and months I have now received notification from Capquest advising me that they are now the "Owners" of my Lloyds TSB visa card account.

Will just have to sit on this and wait for the demands to begin before responding with anything...
