It's probably just a ploy to get you to ring them.

I can't see it being a very good offer.

Can you afford to make a F&F offer?

My thoughts exactly Pixie. If it was something like 20% i'd find it but that's not gonna happen so i'm probably best just to ignore them for now. Definitely wont be ringing for a chat. Thank you for the reply as always

        Hi Samsmum,
I agree with Pixie, just a ploy to get you to phone...
Have you had a read of the thread on overdrafts?

        http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...ead.php?t=4904

I recently wrote and asked for my OD agreement and they admitted they can't produce it.
Niddy's put a template letter on that thread...a kind of amended CCA request quoting legislation on OD's.
        Might be worth a try.

Forget this for now; good luck at hospital
Just a quick update to let you know i've had no more phone calls. Think my time with Reliable Collections is finally over.

Recovery from op going well so far. Stitches out and see consultant and start physio this week. Gonna hurt but feeling quite optimistic it will work this time

Thanks all. Feeling much better thanks. Hopefully get this contraption off for at least a few hours a day after Friday and be able to start using my arm again. Gonna do exactly as i'm told and not rush it though. Just need to ring up about ESA confusion tomorrow and if i dont get it make some calls about going on interest only mortgage etc for a while.

                              Enjoy the sunshine x
