    stranger! How the devil are you both?
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

    If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

      We are both doing great, keep getting the odd pesky letter but that's about it.

      Hope you are keeping busy and still managing the odd

        The second letter is from Wescot about Bank of Scotland Preference Account. Sent out Account Sold letter to them and today they have sent out ANOTHER copy of my 'agreement' and telling me that payment is now requied. Anything to send or just ignore. Cheers and enjoy the rest of the weekend
        Hi everyone, letter in from Wescot after ignoring the last one.

        'Please do not ignore this letter. To do so will result in additional action to recover the debt, including taking Legal action against you through the Courts or referrig your debt to a Door Step Collector for a home visit'

        Will I send out Threat of Legal Action?? Cheers

          Sent out the letter on 15 May and we have to pay up by 14 May, clever eh

          Also Westcot have been busy bees, got letter from them about BOS CC. They refer to our communication and having contacted their client they have been advised that this complaint has already been dealt with and give us 14 days to respond.

          Just ignore and see what comes next? Thanks everyone

              Morning , hope everyone is well today.

              Another letter from Wescot, kindly sent out another copy of application form, could paper the whole house with them!!

              Letter is a standard 'Payment is now due etc etc' Ignore again??

                      Afternoon everyone Couple of letters in this week, one from Wescot about Lloyds Acc 3Sending another copy of computer generated agreement with wrong address on it. Will just ignore and await the next instalment.

                      Next letter is for Lloyds Acc 4This has now been dropped by Wescot and Iqor have it. Will send out Acc Sold letter.

                        Yes my lloyds acc has just gone to iQor as well they will receive acc sold as well, maybe they will arrive together.

                            Well the next instalment came in quickly!!! Got letter in this morning from Nelson Guest.

                            'We are instructed by Wescot in connection with the above outstanding balance.

                            Whilst Wescot is still willing to consider realistic options for payment based on your personal circumstances, this matter cannot remain outstanding any longer. Unless full payment is made to Wescot, or a suitable repayment plan is agreed, within 10 days of the date of this letter, further recovery activity will be undertaken.'

                            What is the best way to go with this one? Cheers

                                Rather than a letter telling Nelson Pest that Wescot has not yet supplied a copy of the Consumer Credit Agreement?
