    7 Feb 2017 "We need you to repay the outstanding overdue amount", "if you don't you will need to pay the whole outstanding balance instead of just the arrears"
    Feb 2017 CCA request sent to Santander
    Feb 2017 Letter From Santander "As you have not made a payment to clear the arrears, we now need you to clear the full balance outstanding of £x,xxx. Please make a payment by ringing us on xxxxxxxx"
    22 Feb 2017 Checked Royal Mail and CCA Request Letter hasn't been delivered yet (Posted 1st class signed for on 10th Feb)
    24 Feb 2017 from Santander (in response to my CCA request) "please find enclosed a copy of your Credit Agreement, T&C's & Statement of Account"

    25 Feb 2017 from Santander Notice of default sums. Late payment charge and Interest on balance transfer added to debt

    OK well I didn't have to wait long to see where this was going with Santander. They realise I'm not paying now so are starting to add charges and interest to the debt.

      Not long then they will default it and hopefully sell it on to do the merrygoround of DCA's

                      Each debt is different but my M&S card was enforceable (taken out early 2007). I replied to any letters that came as if it were UE and it became SB last year

                        The proof in the pudding....if ever it was needed - Many people have continued on with the U/E route and been successful

                              I notice that this is still with M&S (Moorcroft are acting as their Agent).
                              Time to learn to be silent (How do Moorcroft know its NOT UE?)
                              They are NOT threatening anything are they!

                                That's a very good point Roger. Maybe they do not communicate back and forth to each other too well. We can but hope...
