      The CCA is sent to whom ever is chasing you, then sit back and wait ,see what they send and let us know xx

      You can sign digitally , make sure you send recorded and keep the receipt as proof of posting, oh and include £1 postal order.x
      if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

        Slightly different but yea, pointless having them reject the request then issuing a claim so I'd sign personally.
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

            May I ask who was the original creditor of this account opened in 2008?

            It appears to be almost a year to the day since PRA sent you that LBA. Have you heard nothing whatsoever from them in all that time?

                  No, there is a different process for bank accounts -> http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...CA-Information
