The last time any contact from my end was to request the CCA which has never been actioned, im just waiting for there next letter. As previosly metioned silence is golden.Comment

AAD CCA S.78 Letter doesn't admit Debt they wrote acknowledgement 26/03/16.Originally posted by Jaffacake View Post

I have never told my Debtors just filed their letters as these came along.
Each letter is for them a COST that they will never be able to reclaim!
They brought a Bad Debt and I have no sympathy for their bleating! begging letters!Comment

Me too. Debts have been SB for almost 4 years now. I Haven't made any contact for years, and the occasional contact requests have pretty much dried up completely.Originally posted by Roger View PostComment
