Credit card signature dates query!

Hi all, I was just wondering on the issue of dates of the signatures on a cca agreement, I've got one that is signed on behalf of the creditor three weeks after my dated signature, I think it says somewhere that the signed agreement should be sent to the creditor within 7 days, (obviously this one wasn't!) is it relevant/improperly executed, or does the fact that the money was spent kind of overrule this?!

I'm not sure what the relevance is I'm afraid. I have one which is not signed by the creditor - not even the computer signature of someone on behalf of the creditor!
