        I wrote on the back of the PO ' £1 PO as requested '
        I also have the letter they sent asking for £1 so they can process my request

            I resent the overdraft CCA request letter and on the back of the postal order i wrote that they had requested £1. Maybe i have done it wrong and they will take it off the balance .doh! I never wrote 'for CCA purposes only '

              Hoprfully they have not the intellegnce to knock it off the account.

              Keep all the Postal Order Receipts with copy of the letter you sent, quote:- on the back of your copy of the P.O. receipt the wording you did on the original and date. That will cover you for records if they should do that, they can be challenged.

                  just keep the records straight for future use if necessary, to challenge anybody if they try to say a £1.00 payment was made and the 6 year clock starts again, they would soon back down.

                    i have kept a copy of the letter we sent and on the back put a note with what i actually wrote on the back of the postal order .
