what they haven't said is they must take you to court first and win before they can do anything.
I would wait for Keynes to contact you and see what their letter says but others may know better x

                      Hi Deepie
The letter is from Keynes Collection Acting for. MKDP at the top of the letter it says " notice of intended legal action" ,goes on to say must pay full amount, also talks about Practice Direction - Pre Action Conduct of the Civil Procedure Rules .You attention is drawn to Paragraph 4 of Annex A. does state that require full payment or suitable payment plan gives me 14 days to respond .They also state that"this letter contains matters of legal significance and I should therefore take independent legal advice.

I have emailed letter to Niddy he directed me to LBA thread and told me to " sit tight" I am beginning to panic ,not that I don't have faith in you guys ,that's my nature

                      Thank you for responding Deepie

Join the club. MKDP seem to have done a bulk purchase recently, just sit tight and follow the advice given from the site. Don't panic.
