        By looking at your credit file etc - don't worry, I will PM you later today and go through a few things with you as we have got unfinished business to sort out
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

              Thanks for that! I just thought a gentle reminder was easier as he sent me aPM about a week ago sayin 'I'll PM you tomorrow' & I don't like to harrass him!!

                        Received from Moorcroft 'possible litigation' letter. Have already sent 'final response' letter as no CCA ever received. Ignore or what??

                                Hi In 2 deep - I've just checked the file & I sent them the 'threat by creditor' letter on the 3/8/11 which they appear to have completely ignored.
                                Particularly p****d off by this one as they have still never sent any CCA.
                                Suggestions??
