    BOS/Albion/P2C here as well. Also got the personal visit but the wife saw them off. They must be flush with cash!

        Getting a bit of hassle from the following number 0151 3303892 I think its crap one, not been answering it anyway, ringing up until 9pm at night.

              Cheers IN2 & Nid, MBNA were giving it plenty at the start but its down to 1 call a week now. I wouldnt fancy doing that for a job, they probably get 1 in 100 who answer when they call.

                  Change your number mate...it works a treat.
                  (tell your freinds and family that you have changed provider and it was cheaper to get a new number than keep your old one)
                  I changed mine last September when I simply (or rather the Mrs cos she is home more than me) and have only just learned the new number....its been very quite at home.

                        Had a letter from MBNA today saying it is now 5 months since you last paid etc and If I dont pay by the end of the month my account will be closed.

                        Following on the word may is used a lot.

                        We may sell it.
                        We may apply for CCJ.
                        We may apply for charging order.

                        This is one that you have said is enforceable, so why are still playing the what we may do game.

                        I have zoomed in on the agreement and none of the borders line up or is that me clutching at straws.

                          Its probably you clutching at straws - although that said MBNA are a nightmare for copying/pasting things! I'd just ignore it and see what happens next....

                            Official default letter arrived today from Crap One, account terminated etc.

                            Another letter arrived from Debitas Legal Services saying that they have been instructed to collect etc.

                            Should I ignore or send a letter.
