    Your letter to Capquest worked a treat, I received a reply saying that they were unaware of any issues and have removed account from their system.

        Hiya Nid,

        Got a letter today ref Cahoot Flexi Loan, I am now officialy in default after nearly a year.I have 14 days or the run of the mill, may this and that will happen.

            Hi Niddy,

            A couple of letters arrived today after a nice quiet period.

            1. A threat of legal action may do this and that tripe from Metropolitan ref HSBC account, I would like to see them try when they have no CCA. I will send the threat template to them.

            2. A letter from Debt Management & Recovery services ref Cahoot flexi loan. These eejits are Santanders in house people.Do I just ignore this one ?

                            I had a letter from BOS litigation dept threatening legal stuff if I dont ring them in 14 days.I already have the we dont have your CCA letter from these eejits, probably an annual scary letter. Also one from DG Solicitors threatening me with with the 24 hour nasty, this is ref HSBC account, again no CCA for this one. I think I will play the old silent treatment game.

                              Have you sent this to BOS along with a copy of the letter you have confirming they do not have your CCA > CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA
