    Hi Niddy,

    Just returned from a short break and I have received documents from Northampton Court regarding a claim by DG Solicitors ref HSBC account, bearing in mind I have received no CCA for this account at all.I just need a bit of advice on what do in terms of defence and getting it set aside.

      I will move the HSBC posts to the legal section - hold fire 5 mins and check your PM's

        I have moved / copied all the HSBC history to the legal section and referred this to our resident solicitor.

        Check your emails - you need to get the password to read the new thread - anything to do with HSBC will need to now be posted here: ---> HSBC v Leigh70 [Referred to Solicitor]

            Read your PM's mate or you'll always see that error message as you need the password

              Received a letter today from Bryan Carter solicitors ref MBNA account, telling me to contact their sister company Freds Int within 14 days or else.

                  Ok IN2 havnt paid anything since Sept 2010, MBNA not over hassling just letters,got defaulted Feb 2011, account closed etc. Then Freds came on the scene early August sending template threat letters which I have ignored. I know Carter is the same company,In early response to CCA, sent missing prescibed terms but got no response.

                        Hi Everone,

                        Just a message of hope for all of you, I have had to keep a low profile over the last couple of months due to 2 of my creditors taking me to court via Northampton, one is still ongoing the other has today been defeated. The defeated one took me to court even though I had the letter confirming no CCA and they wouldnt take me to court, but in the end they did. They threatened kicked and punched but in the end at the last minute gave in and closed the account. I am not proud of the situation that I have got myself into, these people offer no help,sympathy or reasoning but will turn on you the instant you hit hard times.Just have hope always, and listen to the help and advice that you get from good people on here and you will get through it. Keep every letter stapled to the envelope that came with it, keep a copy of every letter that you send out along with proof of delivery its really important. Dont bottle it up ask for help if required, I know its a long road but we will all survive.

                        Good luck to all of you I fully understand the stress and anxiety this crap brings us.
