Its been all quiet this week, just one letter from MBNA with " its not too late to remove your account from restriction before you get a default" bearing in mind it has been in restriction for about 10 months after refusing to accept a interest rise hike. Just default and it get on with it its too late now. Heard nothing at all from Santander since I requested the CCA.

I recieved info from Santander today ref Cahoot Flexi Loan.

I will send agreement for you to look at, it is a front rear type with the signature on the rear.

Recieved letter from Albion today ref BOS account, bearing in mind I have the we will not seek to enforce letter from BOS.



What is it a account sold in dispute letter back to them ?

I have recieved documentation from Cap One today.

1. Cover letter stating that they will not enter into correspondance regarding the provision of copy agreements.
2. Application form minus terms and conditions.

I have mailed you the docs to check out.

After a bit of a quiet period, I had a home visit today from the Bank of Scotland but my wife managed to get shut of him. I have the will not enforce letter for this one as well. I have been receiving a few letters from Albion Collections and one from power2contact for this account but the guy at the door just said I am from the Bank of Scotland.

Which letter should I send off to them.

Don't worry they have no legal powers to do anything, if they ever call just say "I'll only deal in writing, goodbye" and shut the door. That's it.

Yea I know its a pain but not much you can do other than bear with it for now, it'll soon quieten down. Only if people write do you send a copy of their letter confirming they cannot locate the agreement along with one of these: ---> NEW CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA

Thanks Niddy,

I have had a default letter today from Cap One saying my account may be sold on and the usual you may not be able to get credit in the future, and also you may not even be able to get a mobile phone. please contact us it will not go away etc. I will wait until it gets passed on I suppose.
