Another 2 letters received today.

1 from Debitas ref Crap One last chance saloon letter - I will ignore this.

1 from MBNA telling me they have terminated my account and they may do this and that, I will sit tight and wait for which may they choose to pick.

Received a letter today from Metropolitan ref HSBC CC saying that if I dont talk to them the will apply to the court for a attachment of earnings order. These numpties have provided nothhing but a blank agreement which is clearly UE.I guess I will carry on ignoring them.

Letter received today from AIC ref MBNA account they are taking over my account etc, contact us urgently.

After a quiet couple of weeks I have received 2 letters,

1. Crap One account moved to Crapquest.
2. Letter from Blair Oliver threatening to take me to my local court ref UE acknowledged BOS account.

I will ignore both me thinks.

I'd sooner you did this if you can?

1. Send this: ---> Account sold - whilst in Default of CCA Request

2. Send this: ---> CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA - with a copy of the letter from HBOS confirming they cannot locate the agreement whatever!
