Blooming Nora.....what can we say everyone on AAD are guardian angels, it is incredible how much time and effort you all put into helping people like us, we are truly so grateful.

Can't believe between posting this morning and tonight how much you have done for us.

Didn't get the Sold in Dispute letter away so will put that on hold and will send letter Niddy has complied tomorrow.

Niddy, missy, planB thanks for your guidance, we would never have known where to start or even would have thought to look this company up on Companies House, more so for contacting the regulated bodies, you are a minefield of information

This account should be SB in Feb 2014 no doubt with AAD standing by we should achieve this status.

Didn't realise that there was new post on this thread as I don't seem to be receiving email notifications of new posts.

Watch out MBD, AAD on stand by you won't know whats hit you.

I agree seems weird that they go for months without contact.

Literally write back and just ask a simple one liner as such -
    Dear Sirs,

Please could you clarify your exact business interests in relation to this account because from my recent searches I can see that your company is registered as dormant within the Companies House Webcheck service and likewise, trading against a dormant company invalidates any Consumer Credit Licence you may hold.

Please be so kind as to clarify my queries at your earliest convenience.

    Yours faithfully,

I do know companies house pass on information to HMRC about companies taking payments with a non-trading status. One director had a visit at 8am in the morning at his house when he ignored letters and calls from them!

I asked them to clarify their position with a copy of the Companies House page before I would respond to their letter. I'm still waiting for a reply
