    Hi pooky2483,

If Ihadn't been guided on to AAD when I was, My Daughters or I would not have my Hubby here with us today, this site is a life saver.

and Niddy, promise absolutely NO OFFERS OF PAYMENT....AGREEMENT UE.

(Sorry couldn't multiple quote, still need 'L' plates)

Nope, they do not have any right to see this, only a court can ask for it - anyway, the accounts are UE right? So you won't be making any offers to pay so the medical records are somewhat irrelevant, right?

They certainly are a great team on here, and not just Niddy & the Mods (Sounds like a Rock Group ) it's help from everyone else who's in the same boat as us (Well, it's NEARLY a boat lol).

If it wasn’t for me coming on here and having my eyes opened, I wouldn’t be doing what I'm doing on THIS THREAD and hopefully reclaiming rather a lot of money, as if I'd have stayed on GAC (Sorry, a bit sick there lol) I would not have had the idea planted in my head that I could apply for the charges back of all the Banks I had accounts at.

They certainly will not have access to Hubby's medical records now Niddy has deemed agreements UE....was a bit scared at first (just like you hiding behind sofa, love it...) now with all the help we have been getting from Niddy and everyone else on here its giving me the confidence to stand up to them, Hubby on the other hand is still far to delicate to get involved at the moment, hopefully through time.

This forum has such a warmth feeling about it, its like one big happy family (as Shepherdess put it) and I feel so lucky and priviledge to be part of it.

What they ask in March, for your Hubbys medical records on his condition, that has feck all to do with the debt, especially if it's just in your name.
Maybe should have made myself clearer in first post....these debts are all in Hubby's name, he's not well enough to deal with them himself.
Hence why they are asking for medical evidence.

That is impossible, as it would be 100,000 times entirety.

Are there really 100,000 faults in it?

This is dependent on the type of debt you have. The most common form of debt which people ask about in our forum is unsecured debts eg credit cards, personal loans, store cards, catalogues, bank loans, finance company loans etc. The Limitations Act 1980 states that when the following conditions are met then the debt cannot be pursue through the courts.

    The conditions are:-
    • That the creditor has not taken court action against you, eg CCJ, AND
    • You have not made any payments on the debt over the last 6 years,AND
    • During the years, you haven't written to the creditor acknowledging that owe them money.
As you can see all three conditions must be met in order for the debt to be "time barred". So the answer to the above question is 6 years.5 years in Scotland............
Cheers for the info in 2 Deep, much appreciated. (Helps like me,)
