Sounds like everything is being forwarded to the pirate ship! Main thing is its recorded, and you have proof if it (i always print them out - should the Royal Mail site ever go belly up. Incidentally; anyone know how long Royal Mail keep that stuff on their site for?).

Yeah..exactly what I thought, also like you I print them out too for that same reason, not quite sure how long RM keep info on site. Will await and see what comes next...keep you alll posted.

sent above letter to MDB Ltd on 12 June 2012, kept checking Royal Mail site, eventually delivered 18/06/13 (yesterday) but also says letter took longer as it had to be redirected. I did send it to MDB Ltd address on thier letter but it seems to have redirected to DLC the original DCA. What the hell are playing at

I don't think you need to notify the regulatory bodies of this, we've covered that for you

Literally write back and just ask a simple one liner as such -

Dear Sirs,

Please could you clarify your exact business interests in relation to this account because from my recent searches I can see that your company is registered as dormant within the Companies House Webcheck service and likewise, trading against a dormant company invalidates any Consumer Credit Licence you may hold.

Please be so kind as to clarify my queries at your earliest convenience.

Sorry to hear DH isn't doing so good. Good luck at hospital and you know you have my thoughts and best wishes.

You guys and Gals are just amazing, not only do you take the time and effort to help us fight they shity Banks, DCA's and such like, your emotional support also gives people like us the strength to carry on.and more to each and everyone of you.

Mr M got lots of test done today, to be admitted to get more done soon.

Cheers Niddy, once again your a star, I survive on what I think is little sleep, I really don't know how you survive on what little sleep you get and still manage to focus on your own and everybody elses problems on here.

Letter on its way today to MBD as soon as we get back from hospital appointment, Mr M not so good just now and the depression state of mind is not too good just now along with few other issues.

I am sure you are all on some kind of speed drug...you especially never seem to sleep. Unfortunately I normally get on early morning and then if I am lucky late at night, really depends on how Mr M has been. AAD is absolutely priceless to us never be enough words to thank you all. Have sent a few small donations over the past few months hope you have received them.

Found thread tools but it only states unsubscribe from thread not subscribe, I use to get always get an email but maybe past month or so not been getting them, but then again Niddy you know me not quite the computer literate so I could be doing something wrong.
