  • Send the "Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To Commence Litigation" ?

    Hi All

Hope all are well (especially Niddy)

Just a quick one , Debt Managers Ltd , who i believe are in hose DCA of Barclays , or at the least `part of them` have sent us (for a Barclays Loan) a letter saying ..

    "urgent final demand"
    settlement is required
    court action may be taken
    court costs may be added

Now , i know it says MAY , and they have written before offering the opportunity to settle the alleged debt at a reduced rate...and i have already (back in July) sent the final response letter....

But is it worth me sending the Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To Commence Litigation letter ? or shall i just file it..?

    Cheers
