    CCA Barclaycard - Confused!

    Just received my wife CCA agreement from Barclaycard. I am confused!


    They have sent a "reconstituted copy of your credit agreement..."


    What should I be looking for, should I be looking for a signature?


    All help appreciated!

    what have you received back from them ?

    there 'should' be a signed copy of the agreement, terms and conditions from the year it was taken out and any recent terms and conditions.
    BUT, they don't always send them

      Hi, there is nothing signed. All there is printed at top name and address of my wife.
