    Hi,

I've received a letter asking if i'm Mr xxxx from pace forward and if not contact them to let them know i'm not the said person and if I don't contact them in 10 days they'll assume i live at the said address!
It's from a debt last paid May 2007, what shall I do ignore it? tell them it's stature bared? or write back saying i;m not the said person?

I don't want someone to come banging on my door if I ignore it you know...

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Re: Pace forward

It becomes statute barred in June this year, so I would ignore and see what else's they send. They won't just start knocking on your door!

      Re: Pace forward

If last paid may 2007 it was SB'd in May/June 2013 so it is SB'd.

However id ignore this firm for now. Nothing they can do.

          Re: Pace forward

It's a bloody cheek of these companies to assume they have the correct address. There is absolutely no onus on an unconnected person to contact them and tell them so.
