The CEO took about an hour Di, customer service had sat on or ignored my mails for about a week.

Been away for a couple of weeks. Not a dicky bird from the CEO via email or letter in way of a response. The email didn't get bounced back so must be OK.

Will be sending another tomorrow methinks.

Re-sent the email at 2pm stating how disappointed I was at not receiving any response given their commitment (as per their web statement) to resolve PPI miss-selling prevelent on their PPI sales.

I've asked for an email confirmation by return that my complaint will be settled.

Nothing back yet

They all come across as so very helpful until that is you ask them to repay the money they fleeced from you

Rec'd an email from the CEO yesterday that simply stated all PPI claims are handled by a claims handling team at GE Money...............


Lets just say that I emailed him straight back

That's just so typical of them!!

A suggestion here..........have you a good local MP?
If so I would get in touch/email your MP and ask if they will write to them on your behalf.
I hear this sometimes works for others.

Just a suggestion, but maybe worth a try.

To be honest I don't even know who my local MP is just shows what sterling work he/she does in the community

Good idea though, I'll have a look and find out.
