    I will not give them too long to get back though, maybe 14 days max as from the email. I made that clear to them x

    Sorry for all my keeping on, I am not happy at all, seeing others in the same position as ourselves having success, something is just not right here, and I will not leave it be.
    Okay not a huge amount there but still a few hundred and it's the principal of it too!

    I will not be letting it go, they have wound me right up now, and will be coming to the bottom of it.

      ..........I did tell them that I am aware of others of being in the same position and have been successful, with the same reasons, I did say that I found out on consumer websites.

      Like you said Cym, it must just be their own policy to do this, and I do think the fact that they know they were well over the timescales it was the easiest thing for them to do, without thoroughly taking our complaint and reasons seriously.

        Oops was meant to post the CEO's for you, there appears to be 2 I've come across, but what I always do is at the same time include them all, so they all have a copy lol. I find by doing this - the team always get back.

          My email to he CEO that was ignored was sent to Mark Newton-Jones.

              Send your email to them Cym as well, that email I sent earlier, I decided to email these later on with the copy, and where it comes back as automatic response, that they will respond by 6 hours, this was not even an hour or so after they emailed back with the one I posted above x

                        Slowly! On the positive side cooked a roast, soaked in bath walked dogs, washed bedding and fetched car from MOT
