Have you statements in regards of these bank charges?
If not then maybe it would be a good idea to request a Subject Access Request (SAR) first.
If you already have hold of the statements then that's fine.
There is a lending code which must be followed in these cases, linkie here.

If you don't mind me asking, but are any financial hardships?
They will have to take all this into account on a claim on charges.

PPI reclaiming is mainly my subject, but will do my best to help in regards of charges.
