ccj not on cra?

I have a ccj against me since 1st Sept. It's in excess of 70k and relates to a mortgage repossession, that happened in another country. The bank secured a ccj here in the UK. We made a payment offer of 50 pm to the court but the bank have failed to respond to the court or us. It's also not showing in experian. What does this mean?

I have an idea it may be which credit reference agency they use? Not fully up to speed on this but I have agreements on Experian that aren't on Equifax and vice versa. Could be why?
