Legal expenses cover/insurance

Hi

Does anyone know if the legal expenses cover that is common on home contents insurance would cover the legal costs of a court case brought by a credit card company/DCA and if not are there any companies out there that provide legal expenses cover of this type?

Each policy would be individual to each company.

Think you wold need to ask them to be sure - we could only speculate really.
