I think it looks dodgy, right there on the first page, could you send it all (agreement included) to Niddy? webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk put your user name on the subject line and don't block anything out as it's only Niddy who looks at these.

It's just easier to judge these things if you have all the bits.

try not to worry, BC are not very good at this normally

The name of the game is to go 6 years with no acknowledgement or payment and to reach SB....

Have read here the last few days of people wanting to make F&F offers when they are 4 years in UE......

Don't get cold feet now..... just keep playing the game.....

why were they UE? is it because there are not prescribed terms?

if so pop this off http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/old/...escribed-terms

Barclaycard will do all sorts, they will lie to you, attempt to mislead and deceive you, and if you have an account with them they will help themselves. Even though they know that that do not have an enforceable agreement. Just ignore. Let Mercers do their worst, and it will then be sold on. Patience and try not to stress.

Niddy said if there is no signed agreement then it remains UE

MKDP/MKDR and Keynes are, I believe all the same people.

Whilst I'm not up to date with your thread, I would beware of MK, they issue claims like confetti!

Both myself and husband had claims from them, I submitted a defence and have heard nothing since!

My husband's was dealt with by Paul (prev preferred solicitor on here) and still around. He saw them off very quickly and they discontinued.

They rely on people not being aware of how to defend and end up getting judgements by default.
