    A CapQuest Mystery...

    Who the buggery is Gary Trappett?

    Whilst looking through the Register of Data Controller for CapQuest, I found the 'gent' named above. He holds a current Consumer Credit Licence, too.

    Why is he apparently trading as Capquest Online and/or Capquest Recovery?

        ',' Explanatory note: the "other data" to which I alluded above concerns the details Capquest gave to Companies House, the Information Commissioner and the Office of Faffing and Twaddling about their place of business.

        The first two shew Capquest as being in Basingstoke, whilst their Consumer Credit Licence avers they are based in Fleet; at least one of those must therefore be wrong and failure to notify the appropriate authorities could, if one felt uncharitable, be seen as a possible criminal offence.
