Hi guys.
Mother today received a letter from moorcroft threatening litigation if she doesnt telephone within 7 days.
They stated 5th april, she only got the letter today, taking into account the weekend etc, thats about 4 days to comply, assholes!
Its for a lloyds credit card, shes been paying tokens of £1 per month on a balance of 7k. shes unsure if its pre 2007 but wanted some advise as to what do do next.
I was thinking of sending a CCA request monday, and seing a) what they come up with and b) whether it is indeed pre 2007.
Am i right in thinking that this moorcroft litigation letter is a standard threat letter everyone gets to start with?
