I'm sure you would concur that it seems quite apt.
They get confused by simple language like cluck off. I'm not going to make it more difficult for them!!

Unfortunately doesn't stop them quoting such 'rulings' in their own correspondance.........
So refer the oafs to Arkell v Pressdram.

I prefer to use the Latin phrase, "Pissio offus et joinio el queueus!"

accurately translated, should you want to use it with a creditor as, "Go away please."

You probably don't need a translation as some words are the same in both languages!

What would be fun would be to translate the template letters and write to the DCA's in Welshish......

For all UE agreements just one line suits all:-

                    "Honi Soit Quid Maly Asbestos"

Loosely, Fuck you Jack I'm Fireproof

I reckon "Os gwelwch yn dda eich pidyn ffon eich gwaelod a mynd yn ymuno â'r ffyliaid eraill." is better, though it seems not to meet the high standards of Welsh bardic tradition.

Next you'll be asking if, when I wrote that, I was feeling myself or if I'd been feeling a little queer.

I had an old Default drop off my credit file today from Capquest, took 3 weeks from when the default went past it's 6 year point (Issued 15th July 2005). I'll still be paying this debt for a while though as I set up a payment plan 3 years (ish) ago, but it's nice to know it's dropped off the old file.

Still nothing from Stink since their "THIS DEBT WON'T GO AWAY" letter. Default drops off in November.

Always good to see an improvement in the old CRF, no matter how small. Every little step counts!
