I've got two outstanding accounts, both owned by Cabot, both subject to a Tomlin Order which is nearly complete now. One of them, they have been reporting as being in arrears, which it is not and this is damaging my credit record. I've complained to them and they have admitted to me, by email, that they have been reporting this incorrectly. Their words are: "In the meantime, I would advise that we were reporting this account on your credit file incorrectly. Please accept my sincere apologies for our error. I am pleased to confirm that the default has now been deleted and I would ask that you kindly allow 72 hours for this to fully update before seeking a new copy of your credit file. If you should notice any anomalies after 8 weeks, please contact me."
Now, I hate this shower of bastards with a vengeance and if I could screw some money out of them and/or drop them in the shit for this then I would gladly do so. Do I have a claim/can I drop them in it?
