DLC/Hillisiden securities
Morning, I'm in a bit of dispute with DLC they stopped updating my credit report at the end of 2013, so I stopped paying them as I thought it had been sold on,
I then moved but HSBC were aware where I moved to who originally the debt was with.
I hadn't heard from DLC up until a month ago when they sent a to the occupier letter to my current address! The debt is around £2700 dates back to 2006 I am sending a CCA request off to them today so will update when that returns.
However I had a look on Noddle this morning and I see a credit search has been done on myself by Hillisiden this morning???? Can they do this?? Just search someone's Credit file to find there location??
