Hi,

I have been in financial difficulty and would be grateful for any advice received.
I missed at least 3 payment on a vanquis credit card account and received the attached default notice.
The default notice letter was dated 19/4/16 and they asked me to pay by 8/5/16....

I'm new here so I'm hoping I am doing this right. If not, please let me know and I'll amend.

I'm looking for some advice.

I have 10 long-standing debts taken out before 2006. These equate to figures of between £11 to £175. They were all a variety of credit cards and loans...

Morning, I'm in a bit of dispute with DLC they stopped updating my credit report at the end of 2013, so I stopped paying them as I thought it had been sold on,
I then moved but HSBC were aware where I moved to who originally the debt was with.
I hadn't heard from DLC up until a month ago...
