    has anyone had dealings with arc europe they have taken over from westcott on my mbna u/e account they have only sent me two letters 2 days apart and are showing themselves as true FOOLS already first letter says this is the second time we have wrote to you blar blar recieved thursday saturday recieve another saying they agree not to contact me by phone [hard as they aint got a number]all this before i evan right back lol or are they pre empting my response
    at the start of this journey i owed
    £52000.00 UNSECURED £5000.00 SECURED
    £0000.00 secured debt as of 17/12/2010 fingers crossed
    on 14/07/2012 i now have £32.000 unsecured and £15.000 unenforceable [thanks to niddy and aad ]
    as of 17/03/13 its now £26K AND £15K UE
    ITS COMING DOWN SLOWLY WHILE STILL ENJOYING MY LIFE

    Yes I've had a few letters from them.

    They are bottom of the DCA pile, and have a pet inhouse solicitor Trevor Munn who likes to issue bulk claims via Northampton but you should see them off quickly enough.

    If the MBNA account is U/E then I'd send them back the standard template letter. You should find the crawl back under their stone quickly enough and will refer the account back to MBNA or Wescott.

      Not had any dealings with them myself, but by the sound of it they'll just go through all the templates before passing the account back, without you lifting a finger, LOL.

        just been passed to them via westcott whos it gonna be next lol

          Heard of peeps having dealings with them, yes it seems after a letter or two to them they run off I understand.
