I'd need to pay it off in full if it gets to a CCJ so it doesn't go on my file. Was thinking I may get away with instalments and no CCJ through mediation.

August - Letter received from AIC they are now managing my account on Natwest's behalf

                2020
January - Letter received from NatWest to say the collection agent they are now using is Zinc as their previous ones (I assume AIC) couldn't come to a suitable arrangement. I have been sent the same letter for all my 7 accounts! None are active, most were savings accounts and only 3 are on my credit report.
Any suggestions on what I should do?. Just ignore til I receive letters from Zinc?

Yes, my suggestion is you can ignore that NatWest letter (all seven of them!).

Wait until Zinc write to you.

Hopefully NatWest will assign this account to a debt purchaser soon, possibly after another three months of writing because that'll be two years since your last payment to them, assuming I've got the dates right from your thread post.
