What is the best way to stop unwanted calls from this outfit, just whenever my wife purchases anything an onslaught of sells calls will start either trying to get us to by product insurance or to change the repayment terms to longer there by attracting interest.

4 calls today and it is pissing me off and becoming harassment.

So do not even try to stop it.

Get a free 0871 number - link - give that to Littlebrains and try to keep their numpties yacking on the phone for as long as possible.

              CC,

If it was me i'd probably do something along those lines, but this thread is for my 81 yr old mother in law it is she that is being hounded.

She does not take credit and buys stuff and pays in full every month purely because she cannot get out.

They keep phoning her to get her to take the goods on terms.

All the better - being somewhat older, she has a perfect excuse for asking their sales monkeys to slow down or to repeat themselves several times because she could not hear or understand them.
