Back in June 2009 when my OH lost his job, I stopped paying my LLoyds TSB credit card. It was a card which was issued as standard with an account back in the day (1994ish) but for some reason it was changed in about 1998. I did CCA them in 2009 and received all the usual...

This is basically a warning to anyone with a tomlin or court judgement in regards to this company.

They have just taken to phoning me up it extract more money out of me despite there being a tomlin order in place.

I made quiet clear that the tomlin order did not make arrangment...

Long story - very short, Citi rejected reduced payment offer in early 2010 but tried to stitch my OH up with an arrangement which would have cost much more long term.

S.78 requested March 10 ..... Nov 10 letter from Citi confirming no CCA therefore...
