Looking into if iv been charged ppi on various loans/cards etc. Have printed up credit report from credit expert and have written to all lenders requesting loan/card details and if ppi has been added. Can any one help me? Or no of any good templates for setting out a final report, subject to an ombudsman review making clear your case, appealing adjudicators decision and setting out fees and charges and costs ? Also when setting out unfair fees etc do you apply...

I have two old loans with Natwest one started in 2003 and ended in 2004. In 2004 i consolidated this loan with a new one until 2006 then consoildated to a loan with no PPI.
