Ran up a £200 overdraft with the CO-OP bank and due to a personal matter i buried my head in the sand , put the phone down when they tried to contact me ignored letters etc, i was in a bad place and just could not deal with it at the time. Its not a great amount but at the moment...

As many are aware I have been fighting debt since 2003, unfortunately many errors were made before there was website help! I was given some good advice but some help would have sent us bankrupt and homeless.....
I am still fighting a few companies, but am getting towards the end of my CCA requests...

It's with a private landlord, its a new build and its £520 a month, we would potentially get HB which would bring the rent down to £324 a month.

At the moment we are paying £480 mortgage with no help.

If we wanted to take this house and just let this one go would we...

to cut a long story short, rockwell have been chasing me from 2009 for a debt from 2005. in 2009 they sent letters and solicitors letters stating if i did not pay i would go to court so i started paying, threats to send bailifts...
