• At that time, the outstanding balance was around £50.
• I wrote to the creditor advising of position and offering token monthly payment - this was declined.

I bought a sofa from SCS back in January. The sofa arrived about 6 weeks later. After delivery we noticed some damage on the sofa which was reported within a few days. They sent out a technician to look at the damage, he took photos and sent a report to SCS. I said I didn't...

So we bought a sofa from DFS in July 2014. It cost around £3k but they didn't have any in stock, had a display model which they said we could have for £1100 and could get it in a matter of days as opposed to months (usual waiting time).

We looked at the display model and it was fine....

We purchased a new sofa and two armchairs from our local furniture store and they were delivered 28.June 2016 (last week). The furniture is grey in colour and the scatter cushions - supplied by the manufacturer are red in colour.
After five days we noticed that there were red marks on the armchairs...

Hiya , I've charged my tablet today ,it was fully charged after 5mins out of charge ,then showing 1/2 full hen empty charged it again lasted 5mins. Is my baby knackered its an ascer about 2 yrs old .xx When I turn it off for a while and then back on its almost full again xxx

Sooo, it seems I get one bunch of kretins out the way and another take their place. This time is it Transcom Worldwide chasing money for an alleged debt from eBay.
Fees of about £35 and a refund I hugely dispute for £350.
