    Mint - Wescot

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking for anyone's experience with Wescot.

Long story short - this is my husbands cc and had a balance of approx £9k and because we thought it enforceable (we used a different site at the time so it may be questionable!), he continued to pay an agreed monthly...

    The elderly and scams

My Dad is 84 and is constantly plagued by scam calls even though I've registered his numbers with the Telephone Preference Service. In fact, when I was at his house the other day he got a call (which I answered) from someone supposedly called Michael but who had a very thick foreign accent. He said...

  • Advice on Enforceability and Statute Barred please

In 2010, I entered into a DMP with ten creditors but for various reasons it failed 9 months later and I have paid nothing since. Most of these debts have changed hands several times since then and I haven't heard from some of the creditors for years. I have checked...

So if there are errors on the reports and the subject chooses not to correct, are the CRAs (or anybody else) able to...

    Clearscore (Experian)

    Hi All,

As Clearscore offer free credit report based on Equifax data (sort of Noddle - Callcredit partnership), I am inclined to see what they have on file against my name - I have Noddle already and check it regularly every month.
However, my concern is about sleeping dogs, etc....

    Second default by Lloyds

LLoyds registered a default on my account ages ago. In 2008 they changed some terms of the agreement, but didn't issue a new agreement. In 2010 they defaulted again and registered another default with the CRAs. In 2011, thanks to AAD they discontinued on their court claim .
