is this mis selling or what ?

I have just had it confirmed officially (after many years) that my pension policy I bought in 1987, and about to mature in March this year, has restrictions in it which were

bizarre series of circumstances as regards my old occupational defined benefits scheme.

I've posted previously about the massive disappointment I have with Aviva who have had my section 32 buy out policy since 1988. 27 years they've had it and no bonuses for 20 years, unable to meet the...

    Cashing in your Pension pot....?

probably a good idea this one, announced in Osbornes' Budget statement..

I'm pretty sure the Section 32 buy out schemes will not qualify though (just a feeling)..These...

Reclaiming PPI after Loan paid off

I have just managed to pay off a small loan we had with our bank. During this I was advised to stop DD for the PPI and reclaim on it as we had identified a potential mis-selling and comes to roughly £300 but obviously they didn't advise how to do it.
