    The current pension pot is just over £10K - no longer any funds being put into the pot as they have left that employment (and no other pension at present)

    I only have 3 creditors with these now and because we have applied for a variation to the court to have a ccj/charge lowered to £1.00 a month the minimum payment to payplan at the moment is only £ 5.89 , the rest of the debts are looking ue so we stopped paying them in June this year.

I'm not sure if much can be done here but last year I sold some computer eqipment that the buyer claimed he never got, I had a Recorded Receipt from the post office but when I sent it to Paypal they said Post Office Receipts were not proof that I sent the item and only an Invoice from a Parcel...
