I have three entries on one set of CRA files for the SAME account, two Defaults and another closed as satisfied. I originally had two Default entries for the same account but when I initially contacted the two companies involved, Egg and Cabot, Egg closed theirs to Satisfied.

I am just searching every avenue as we have a charge on our house and its giving us grief , most will know we have gone to court for a re-dtermination and the judge has set the payment at £**.** a month, fairfax solicitors are acting for Arrow Global.

CC debt sold on, PPI reclaim?

I had a credit card with HSBC it was sold to MKRR the balance is about 11K I have been going down the UE route as HSBC have admitted they don't have a CCA. It was defaulted in 09. I am nearly 4 years down the SB road.

I have received a letter today from Cabot regarding my debt with Littlewoods. Same story...I got in to debt and requested Littlewoods if they would accept smaller payments..they said no...then I defaulted and they passed the account on and on and so on.

Ok I received a letter from Power2Contact on Friday 05.10.2012 at 1000hrs regard a Barclaycard debt, this debt happened when I became servilely injured at work which left me disabled and intern with chronic pain back in 2003.
