It is often said that you should not speak to DCA or Creditors on the phone, why? I see no reason why you should ignore them, indeed if Mr Harrison did this in his case he would have lost on that... -
Natwest debt passed to Apex (who claim it's my resposibility to request CCA from Natwest)
Last year I received a letter from Apex regarding a Natwest debt. I immediatly went requested the CCA They wrote back saying "I can confirm thos request needs to be made direct to the Royal Bank of Scotland as they are the principal company with whom the agreement was reached."

DH recevied a letter today from BLS, bit of background we have 2 UE's with Lloyds tsb and this letter wa reference to a loan (it was a consolidation / new loan)
When we took out this loan it was when I was very sick with the big C, and unable to work... I was also off because I was pregnant...
